ZHOUYUANThe industrialization production project of environmental friendly glass containers and packaging materials of Ningxia Jinlaite New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.is located in Shizuishan Hi tech Industrial Development Zone,Shizuishan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The total investment of the project is planned to be 1 billion yuan,the total land area is about 205 mu,and the total planned building area is about 60380 square meters.The nominal production capacity of glass containers and packaging materials is 220000 tons per year in two phases.Among them:400 million glass containers,5 billion bottle caps,800 million pop cans,and 1 billion PET plastic bottle preforms.In the first phase,two 110m2 low nitrogen gas glass furnaces and four glass container production lines will be built;In the second phase,a bottle cap production line,a pop can and a PET plastic bottle preform production line will be constructed.At the same time,supporting public works such as power supply and distribution,water supply and drainage,waste heat recovery system,environmental protection project,road hardening and greening project will be constructed.The construction period of the project is 24 months,which is divided into two phases.The first phase is from August 2022 to May 2023.The project has held a grand commencement ceremony on August 13,2022.At present,the first phase is under construction:1#plant,2#plant and four storey office building;The construction period of Phase II is from July 2023 to August 2024.After the project is completed,the operating income(including tax)will be 133.104 million yuan;The industrial output value(excluding tax)is 1158004800 yuan;The industrial added value is 462.3123 million yuan;The project will effectively solve the supply and supporting problems of Dayao drinks and packaging products of Carlsberg,Snowflake,Xixia and other beverage manufacturers,better serve the local beverage,beer,wine and other beverage manufacturers,and achieve a win-win situation.
