The company now has 5 double channel horseshoe flame glass kilns and 10 glass bottle production lines.It can achieve a daily output of 800 tons of liquid glass and a daily output of 1.8 million glass bottles.The finished products adopt the hot and cold end spraying process,the process is electronically monitored,the finished products are automatically detected,and the quality supervision,inspection and testing equipment are complete.
On October 20,2020,with the shutdown of the last gas producer of the six production departments,Yucai Glass sounded the charge of clean energy transformation,and entered the third major turning point of technological reform.According to the requirements of the environmental protection department,since 2018,a total of 11 gas generators and 7 gas fired glass kilns have been removed,all of which have undergone clean transformation.At present,one production department,two 83 square meters natural gas fired glass kilns,two production department,two 70 square meters glass kilns,and three production departments,one 106 square meters natural gas fired low nitrogen burning glass furnace have been completely transformed and put into use.After the transformation,the annual output can reach 700 million products,the output value can reach 560 million yuan,and 300 jobs can be created.
