1、Curvature
The bending degree of flat tempered glass shall be no more than 0.5%for arch and 0.3%for wave.
2、Impact resistance
Take 6 tempered glass samples for test.If the number of damaged samples does not exceed 1,it is qualified.If it is greater than or equal to 3,it is unqualified.When the damage number is 2,another 6 pieces are tested,and all 6 pieces are unqualified.
3、Fragment status
Take 4 tempered glass samples for test.50 mm×The number of each sample in the 50 mm area must be more than 40.A few long pieces are allowed.The length of the long piece is not more than 75 mm,the end is not knife shaped,and the angle between the long piece and the glass edge is not more than 45°
4、Impact performance of projectile package
Four samples of flat tempered glass shall be taken for test,and it is necessary for the sample to conform to any of the following(1)or(2).
(1)When glass is broken,the total mass of each 10 large samples shall not exceed the mass equivalent to 65m2 of sample area.
(2)When the drop height of the bag is 1200 mm,the sample will not be damaged.
5、Bending measurement
Take plane tempered glass products as an example.The sample shall be placed vertically,and the ruler shall be placed horizontally near the surface of the sample for measurement.The bow is expressed as a percentage of the ratio of arc height to chord length.In wave form,it is expressed as the height ratio between wave trough and wave crest or the percentage of the distance between wave trough and wave trough.
The higher temperature resistance of tempered glass is 380℃.Tempered glass is classified as safety glass.Tempered glass is actually a kind of prestressed glass.In order to improve the strength of glass,chemical or physical methods are usually used to form compressive stress on the surface of glass.When the glass receives external force,the external stress shall be offset first,and then the bearing capacity of the glass shall be improved to enhance the glass's resistance to wind pressure,heat and cold,impact,etc.
