Park Overview
China Baoji Zhouyuan Glass Industry Park
——

The Zhouyuan Glass Industrial Park in Baoji, China, is located within the Zhouyuan Industrial Park in Zhouyuan Town, Chencang District, Baoji. Leveraging a deeply rooted industrial foundation and a uniquely advantageous geographic location, it is developing a high-end glass industry cluster that integrates R&D and innovation, intelligent manufacturing, advanced processing, and supporting services, while establishing itself as a modern demonstration hub for silicon-based new materials, serving the Northwest region and radiating across the nation.
Zhouyuan Industrial Park is located in Zhouyuan Town, Chencang District, Baoji City. It is a key component of the “One Zone, Three Parks” structure within the Shaanxi Chencang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The park’s master plan covers an area of 170.23 hectares; construction commenced in 2003, and it was formerly known as the Zhouyuan Glass Industrial Park. With Yucai Glass Group as its leading enterprise, the park has long been centered on glass‑product manufacturing, serving as a major industrial hub in western China for glass packaging and heat‑resistant glass tableware. Under the new development plan, the park is driving industrial transformation and upgrading, with strategic focus on four priority sectors: high‑end glass manufacturing, food and agricultural product processing, textiles and light industry, and titanium and titanium alloy materials. At the same time, it is enhancing supporting infrastructure, including roads, power supply, and wastewater treatment systems. Integrated into the unified management of the Chencang Economic and Technological Development Zone, the park leverages its locational advantages to attract industrial investment, elevate the quality and sophistication of the glass industry, and concurrently foster emerging industry clusters, thereby boosting local employment and advancing regional industrial development.
For 26 years, the park has been dedicated to cultivating expertise, bringing together more than a thousand professional and technical specialists and industry artisans. It has established a mature, well‑structured production system, a standardized operational management model, and an extensive, nationwide market‑channel network, fostering a sustainable, indigenous industrial ecosystem and laying a solid foundation for cluster‑based development. The park adheres to forward‑looking, high‑level planning, with 600 mu of land reserved across five distinct parcels for its core industry—high‑end glass manufacturing. These parcels are arranged in a tiered configuration, each with clearly defined functions: Plots 1 and 2, adjacent to the park’s main thoroughfare, enjoy significant transportation advantages and are ideally suited for small and medium‑sized glass processing and related science‑and‑technology projects; Plot 3 comprises contiguous, high‑quality land, perfect for hosting large‑scale, integrated smart glass manufacturing facilities; Plots 4 and 5 boast prime locations, capable of supporting diverse business formats such as supply‑chain support services and R&D activities. Situated near Duzhao Village and Nanwang Village, the park has attracted numerous reputable enterprises, steadily amplifying agglomeration effects. This has facilitated resource sharing and collaborative growth among upstream and downstream firms, creating a mutually complementary, win‑win industrial ecosystem. The park strengthens end‑to‑end industrial support, providing comprehensive enablers for enterprises’ high‑quality development. It ensures stable supplies of industrial electricity and natural gas, complements these with standardized wastewater‑treatment facilities tailored to the demands of continuous glass production, effectively reducing capital‑intensive infrastructure costs and shortening project commissioning timelines. The park also enjoys a distinct advantage in raw materials, partnering closely with two leading quartz‑sand producers—Baoji Huajinshun New Materials and Shaanxi Taijingbo Quartz Technology—to secure local, direct supply of core inputs, significantly cutting logistics expenses and establishing a unique competitive edge in the supply chain. Meanwhile, nearby affordable housing options address employees’ accommodation needs, helping companies retain talent and maintain stable teams.
The industrial park is committed to green, intelligent manufacturing and intensive, low‑carbon development, with a focus on attracting high‑end daily‑use glass, specialty functional glass, advanced glass processing, and premium upstream and downstream supporting projects. It offers one‑stop, full‑cycle management services that cover the entire process—from project registration and construction to commissioning and operations. We warmly invite leading national glass enterprises and new‑material investment institutions to conduct on‑site inspections and engage in collaborative discussions. Our cooperation models are diverse, and our development pathways are multifaceted, catering to companies of varying sizes and growth needs. Together, we will extend, supplement, and strengthen the industrial chain, seize the opportunities presented by the silicon‑based new‑materials sector, and jointly forge a new blueprint for the high‑quality development of the northwest’s high‑end glass industry.
