Baoji Yucai Glass Bottle Co., Ltd. is located in Duzhao Village, Zhouyuan Town, Chencang District, Baoji City. In 2018, the first-phase kiln project involved an investment of RMB 120 million to comprehensively upgrade and retrofit equipment in Production Departments One and Two. This included constructing two 83 m² natural-gas-fired three‑channel horseshoe‑flame kilns, along with four sets of eight‑station double‑drop bottle‑making machines. In 2020, the second-phase kiln project invested RMB 80 million to convert two coal‑fired glass melting furnaces in Production Departments Three and Four from coal to gas. Additionally, eight low‑consumption, high‑efficiency annealing lehrs, eight fully automated glass bottle packaging lines, and two fully automated flue‑gas treatment systems were commissioned. Together, the first and second phases comprise four dual‑channel horseshoe‑flame glass melting furnaces and eight glass bottle production lines, with a daily capacity of 600 tonnes of molten glass and an output of 1.4 million bottles per day. In 2021, a third-phase project—investing RMB 80 million—completed construction of a 106 m² kiln, which entered operation at the end of December 2021. The third-phase kiln is currently under construction and is expected to commence production by the end of December 2021, delivering a daily output of 520,000 bottles. Finished products are manufactured using a hot‑cold end spraying process, monitored by electronic systems, and undergo automated inspection; comprehensive quality‑control, testing, and inspection equipment is in place.
