The Xian’gong Quartz New Materials Industrial Park in Chencang District is located in Xian’gong Town, Chencang District, Baoji City. Leveraging the district’s abundant quartz mineral resources and substantial reserves, the project integrates comprehensive utilization of raw ore and tailings with downstream industries. With a total investment of RMB 500 million, it is planned to occupy 464 mu of land and construct 200,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings. The company boasts a professional production and R&D team, state-of-the-art equipment, and advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent product quality. The project will be developed in three phases with phased investment.

In the first phase, Baoji Huajin Shun New Materials Manufacturing Co., Ltd. commissioned its 300,000-ton-per-year wet-process quartz sand production line in October 2022.

Phase II of Baoji Taijing Boxi Quartz Technology Co., Ltd.’s 300,000-ton-per-year deep-processing and purification production line for quartz sand is scheduled to commence operations in August 2026.

The third-phase wet-process production line with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons of quartz sand is scheduled to commence operations in October 2027.

Huajinshun primarily supplies standard quartz sand with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 140, which is widely used in industries such as silicon carbide production, ordinary glass and glassware manufacturing, beer and beverage bottle production, flat float glass production, sodium silicate production, and sandblasting.

Taijingbo specializes in low-iron ultra-white quartz sand, which is primarily used as a raw material for industries such as glass liquor bottles, glass tableware, glassware, photovoltaic glass, quartz sheets, and optical glass.
