Currently, the company employs 507 staff members, including 12 managerial personnel and more than 60 mid- to senior-level technical professionals.

The company occupies a site of 53.23 mu. Construction commenced in early June 2022, and by mid-September 2022, two all‑electric melting glass furnaces and seven fully automated pressing production lines were commissioned, enabling an annual output of 9,000 tons of high‑end amber‑colored high‑borosilicate glass tableware. In mid‑February 2023, a 106‑square‑meter natural‑gas low‑NOx combustion glass furnace was brought online, supported by eight production lines for liquor bottles, cosmetic bottles, and perfume bottles, with an annual capacity of 87,000 tons of crystal‑white glass melt. The company has also upgraded and refined its ancillary equipment and facilities. It has created more than 500 jobs, providing employment opportunities for local residents who had previously migrated to other regions for work.
